Wilhelm Frankl Bio (second post in English instead of the privious German)

Hallo,
within the framework of a history research project, I work on the reconstruction of Wilhelm Frankl’s biography, a highly decorated pilot (Pour le Mérite), who died in WW1 in 1917.
I look for all possible hints (German and English) about:

o About his family (their names, attitude towards his aviation career, his baptism, now living relatives and what happened to his family during the Nazi era?)
o Who was his wife? (How and where did they met? Her name? How did they get married during the war? Does he have a child from her? What was the relationship to her father, Austrian Hauptman, Edmund Stroll?)
o How did Wilhelm Frankl die? Was his body found by the Germans or by the enemy? Does anyone have information on his funeral (newspaper articles, speeches, pictures etc.?) Wilhelm Frankl was first buried at the honorary cemetery in Berlin-Charlottenburg. From an internet source, I know that because of political/ religious reasons, his grave is not at its place anymore. I assume it is linked to the Nazi Era, because he was a baptized Jew. Maybe someone has information why his grave was excavated? Where is he buried today?
o I search also for information on his character and his relationship to his comrades; if he was likable, developed friendships etc.
o Does anyone have his birth certificate or other documents about him?
o Which books can be found about him? (i have: Jüdische Flieger im Weltkrieg and Eisernes Kreuz und Davidstern)

I’m very grateful for any information. (in English and German)
Thank you,
Richard
