Hi George,

Nice work, as usual. Where did you get the photo of MvR with the 2 May 1917 date? I'd love to include a copy in my Volume 3 as further support of what I wrote in Vol 1.

I made a mistake. The photo is not signed May 2nd, but May 3rd, 1917.

yes Manfred signed that photo 3rd May 1917! he was at cologne, right? i see a photo where Manfred was in the Cologne aerodrome (1st May 1917) and i think he signed this photo in Cologne but not sure!

yes he met the Kaiser on this day! and i think he signed one of the high command soldier!
