An interesting article, though the Vangard may have some pro-Canadian bias
Given the equilvalance of the physical evidence, and how it was reported, I doubt we'll ever really know.

However, this is a good article. Regardless of who the real victor is/was, it still strikes me as poetic that it took one shot, basically through the heart, to kill the Master.
