The French Air Service War Chronology refers to a French unit identified as "C.I. Perthe," apparently flying Breguet 14B2 in July of 1918. Does anyone know the full name and location of this unit ?

Gregoire, thank you very much, this is truly helpful. I ask because in the book FRENCH AIR SERVICE WAR CHRONOLOGY is listed the demise of this crew:

"Lt Baumont, pilot, & Sol Montalant, gunner, of C.I. Perthe KIFA flying Breguet 14B2."

The only French air service pilot named Baumont that I know of is Jean Baumont of N. 23 and I hope to find out if this is the same person and when he left N.23 or Spa 23 and anything else I can find out. I do know a lot about him already and you can read about that at The Aero Conservancy at http://www.aeroconservancy.com

Anything else you can add would be appreciated.
