The biographical information in
Above The Trenches says that Thomas Rose stayed in the RAF after the war and was a flight commander in No 43 Squadron 1925-27. Following this he became the Sales Manager to Phillips & Powis Aircraft Co Ltd but also found time to do some air racing, winning the King's Cup Air Race in 1935. He took part in the race to Johannesburg in 1936. He retired to the Channel Islands, dying there on 20 June 1968.
