Searching for information on post-WW1 careers of pilots Tommy Rose DFC and Henri Biard. Both were later employed by, or on contract to Supermarine. Especially interested in their Supermarine Air Yacht adventures in 1931/2/3
Have accounts from "SUPERMARINE Aircraft since 1914" and Henri Biard's biography "Wings", plus my dad's account (he was the engineer). now trying to sort out the differences! Any info much appreciated.

The biographical information in Above The Trenches says that Thomas Rose stayed in the RAF after the war and was a flight commander in No 43 Squadron 1925-27. Following this he became the Sales Manager to Phillips & Powis Aircraft Co Ltd but also found time to do some air racing, winning the King's Cup Air Race in 1935. He took part in the race to Johannesburg in 1936. He retired to the Channel Islands, dying there on 20 June 1968.
