43 Squadron photo in Above The Trenches

RC Bowyer is credited with a cropped photo of 43 squadron on Page 192 Grub Street "Above The trenches" - does anyone know how I can get in touch with him or where i can find the photo?

I assume that the man you want is Chaz Bowyer. I only have an address which is 15 years old and is probably no longer valid.

I would suggest a letter to the publisher asking them to forward your correspondance - can you still get pre-paid international reply envelopes?
