Not at all good at identifying aircraft, so this will be a wild, wild guess.
Is it something to do with an early Hans Grade design, maybe 1908-09 ?
Please let me down easy, when taking the mick out of my stupidity at getting it wrong.

Congratulations, we have a winner-- It is indeed a Karl Jatho product-- His second version of 1903 (first version had 3 lifting surfaces). Using a single cylinder 10 HP Buchet engine, he was in some people's opinion the first to fly, as he did a couple of 300 meter hops. Apparently had no in-flight control, though. Doc
