Exactly, this monoplane was designed by Colonello
Romeo Frassinetti, who was already active in ballooning in 1900 -1905. He became (probably) a very famous aviator in Italy as lots of streets in Italian town are named after him.
Frassenetti set up the now little known FIAM -
FABBRICA ITALIANA AEROPLANI MILANO , which probably built this modern looking monoplane. Unfortunately little more on this plane is known to me. Is there anyone who has more information on this machine?
