I´d vote for one of the black Fokker Dr.I´s that were flown by Jacobs.

Why?

I think he was the most successful Fokker Dr.I pilot. He even flew one while others were using the Fokker D.VII and that was months after the D.VII replaced the Dr.I.

A good reason, isn´t it?

I voted for Jasta 19 for the colors and wide rang of personal markings available.

I would like to see the color scheme to include the transition of the national insignia change from the directive 41390 between March 17,1918 - April 15, 1918 showing both Iron cross and Belken cross.

I always thought if I were to build a DrI I&#39;d paint it as Lothar von Richthofens plane. He seems to stay in the shadows of his brother and thats a shame. He was a highly succesful pilot and ace in his own right. He scored quicker than his brother, but due to his injuries spent more time in hospital and therefore less time fighting. Manfred wrote he was a bit careless in rushing to the attack.

I also like Jacobs plane. Well, more I like Jacobs and the fact he&#39;d stand up for his ideals and not give in. Look at his WW II record for example.

Personally I like Paul Bäumer&#39;s 204/17 in its later configuration with the black wingtips and wide-variety balkenkreuz, the red, white and black stripes on the fuse, and the red and white accent stripes on the wings.
