Does anyone know who built the Fokker D VIII (F V)parked at the Fort Rucker Museum in Alabama?

It was built by Roger Freeman's Vintage Aviation Services. He's in Kingsbury, Texas now, but the D.VIII was built when he was about 20 miles closer to San Antonio at the little airport in Zuehl, Texas. Same airport where some of the Waldo Pepper movie was shot. The Kingsbury Aerodrome is bigger and is solely owned by Freeman. Bigger facility all around.
