free Pfalz DXII fuse mold

Hello,

I was going to build a DXII and built a full-body mold to use to lay up the spiral ply skins. Now I'm moving AND building an Alb DII so don't need it anymore. I'm going to have to trash it unless someone wants it. It is in the Louisville, KY area.

The body shape is very accurate. steel tube keel, ply formers with pine planking. It just needs to have the joints between the planks filled with bondo and then the whole thing sanded and final shaped and it will then be ready to make the skins.

I havn't heard of anyone doing a DXII, but who knows, seems a shame to waste it.

Hello,

Do you have any photos of the mold. What drawings were you going to use to build the DXII. I'm more familiar with steel tube construction. How much does it weigh.

Thanks
