There is the Old Kingsbury Aerodrome... well worth the visit, several "authentic" replicas being built, several flying including a Bleriot XI (I THINK it is an XI) and I think a Thomas-Morse... I believe both of those are original aircraft, but I am not sure.

It is just east of San Antonio. http://www.vintageaviation.org/aerodrome/

If you click on the "Aircraft" link you will see what they have.

There is also Hangar 9 at Brooks Air Force Base, now a City Base, which stands as the only World War I era aircraft hangar listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Dedicated to Astronaut Edward H. White II and operated as the U.S. Air Force Museum of Aerospace Medicine, Hangar 9 houses an extensive collection of photographs and equipment related to aviation and aerospace medicine, as well as information on the early history of Brooks AFB. They have an original Jenny there. The museum is small, quite, and packed with neat little things.
