Stolen Gnome

Anybody who's in the market for a Gnome might want to read post #5 of this thread: http://www.theaerodrome.com/forum/sh...6067post256067 , in the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome section. Buyer beware.

Rambling Rotary - MISSING GNOME

As more details become available we will post them on the World War 1 Aeroplanes, Inc., and Rhinebeck Aerodrome Museum thread. I should repeat here, though, that it is by no means certain the 160 h.p. Gnome was "stolen" - the safest thing to say at this point is that it is missing. Hopefully those folks who know where is has ended up will get in touch and arrange for its return or at least will provide a clear explanation about why it disappeared - just exactly what the circumstances were.

Slander?

The "alledged" truth hurts, don't it!
