lower wing fittings for Alb DIII

I am currently building an Alb DII but The chance of it becoming a DIII are very high. The fuselage is about 50% done and the empanage is almost complete. Looking at the color pictures of Werner Voss's Alb DIII has made me go with that model. One of the problems that I am confronted with is the lower wing attach point fittings, If any one has info on this please write.

Wilhelm, are you referring to what looks like a metal fairing on the leading and trailing edges of the D.II wing root? Sorta looks like it was there to provide a clean blend between the wing root and the fuselage. I've wondered about that feature myself. I've looked on plans & photos but have never been able to confirm that it was done that way.
