SE5a Fabric Question

Looking for some help. Recently came across a piece of original SE5a fabric with a crest on it with 'ACTS' in red letters on it....believe this fabric originally came from the aircraft in the Wright-Patterson USAF Musuem...can anyone help with what 'ACTS' stands for?

Does anyone have a detailed history of this aircraft?- believe it is an SE5E Eberhardt aircraft.

All help much appreciated.

Hello again- addded a couple of photos here to see if someone can help...have now confirmed it did come from the Wright-Patterson
SE5E AS22-325...but does someone know what 'ACTS' stands for on the crest on the side of the aircraft.

Does anyone know what the background to the Wright-Patterson machine is?...is it a composite aircraft made up of various aircraft...does anyone know some detailed history of it.

Thanks for your help...Hvd1041
