maybe spaghetti/meatballs instead of bangers/mash?

on cultural diversity...

i am truly impressed with the international nature of this forum which i believe has a secondary and implicit purpose to promote understanding across borders. as a swiss-american living in romania, i think i can claim a bit of knowledge in this sphere: from forum comments and photos i gained the impression that achim is passionate about his projects and that he puts himself under pressure with a demanding schedule. he is also very attentive to his family. he may therefore react a bit sensitively to comments which i judge to have been meant in good humor and with only good intentions and admiration for his good work (and i hope i speak for all in this regard).

i also visited the fokker team schorndorf website and am hugely inspired by his dream concerning re-establishing a fokker werke at schwerin. i look forward to visiting the achim werke in lorch next time!

No problem - glad you see that I meant no offense, indeed completely the opposite. And what is zum fass this evening? I have been enjoying Weihenstephaner lately, as well as the usual Czech and Bavarian lager-types.

Prost!
