More on Wire Wheels

Can anyone help identify these wheel rims. These belong to a friend who has had them for years but never knew what they were off, but he thought they may be off a DH9.
The rims are are approx 675mm (26.5") diameter and 100mm (4") width
and have separate locking rims. It would presumably have had a tyre of 800mm or greater. The hub width is 185mm (7.25"). The Axle is 6 ft
