Hi
There is some pictures of the finiched wheels.
Wheel with out tyre and tube 16 lbs
complete wheel 34 lb
Any body can help with torque for nipples wire size is 3/16 material SS.

sort of one side original other side little bigger for brake application and greace fitting is diferent sory to Mr. Staufer I think that the proper speling.
