If you are referring to the items temporarily holding the sheet metal together, they use the brand name 'Cleco'.
Here's a source: CLECO SHEET HOLDERS from Aircraft Spruce

findings

Hi
Since I was building a parts for floor and seat I find that there is a mistake's on Kiger drawings:
Floor have lot of dimensinal mistakes, as it is presented on drawing will not fit and will not funcional properly.
Seat board have dimensional problems, it is too long, the aluminum angle have wrong dimensions and will not fit to clamps at the front frame tube and seat belt attachment, the angle dimension should be 20x 25 longer side flat on playwood. When I have all parts made I will post pictures with seat belt modification for more safety in negative G load.

Hi
I was just using hand tools, like punch wholes, cut wholes for raduis and for attaching screws, then cut out on my hand shears two cuts, used grinder for raduises and hand file to finish them to deberding after grinder, than used TIG to weld a tube andf again gride them to make them nice.
I build 48 of them and took me 5 hr that is about 6.25 minutes for one which is about 6 dollars a one completed part. Plus material.

I hope that will help you.

I just wanted to say your project looks very nice Pavel. And also to ask what part of BC you are posting from? I am always interested to meet enthusiasts in my area.
