Hi
The rivets are 1/8 brass for bulkheads and attachments brackets will be next size bigger 5/32 flat head which will be inside and bracket side make round head. I'm hoping to do thank when my tooling for cup arrived.
What are you buildinG/

Pavel,
your hinges are wrong ,what drawing did you use ? you made the hinges from 2 pieces of sheet metal but with the shape only the hinges made from 1 piece have . I am surprised , that all this experts did not tell you .
