We need our own booth there and that would be great. Including a sign-in blackboard saying who is there on-site and any messages. How could we do this? There's a lot of RC guys on this forum too. Our Over The Front chapter will have a booth there. I wonder it we could share a small area of it? Do you guys have any ideas?
Jeff, are you guys going to the banquet dinner? We should all go including the Canada builders. John & Ed, lets all go...Okay?
Jan

There is always room in the GWAA tent if someone wants to organize a sign in sheet.

Hi Jan,
Jeff and I were talking about grabbing the Aerodrome logo and putting our names underneath. May look a bit corny but at least we'll have a way to ID ourselves to our fellow forum members.
Sorry I don't already know this but where and went is the banquet?
Phil

Hey Jan,
I'll most likely be there. If I'm there I intend to attend the banquet. Same goes for Maxim 08 and Jonahtan S as far as I know.
Cheers
Ed

I'm going to be there but it's the first I've heard of a banquet. Who do I need to bribe to get invited?
Ed, I've booked a couple of rooms at the Hope Hotel which has a deal for the event. Well, they said it was a deal.
I will be in Dayton Thursday nignt departing Sunday. If you haven't booked, let's get a group of us at the one spot. Should make for more interesting evenings.
Regards,
John

I think that's a great idea! I've seen that done with some gaming societies converging at Rhinebeck, for instance. Why not?

Who is giving the banquet? If it's OTF I would like to attend too.

Rick Bennett was selling the banquet tickets in '05, so you may have to be a GWAA member. The Museum serves a 4-star dinner catered from the Hope Hotel. The dinner is inside the AF Museum after closing hours. I'm trying to contact Rick now to verify that he will have tickets.
