Sorry for not pointing out that the aircraft are not original due to their being no original DR.1s left but an expert would alreay know that.
All I know is they look very real to me and having them fly alongside sure does take one back to another time. Thanks for the comments on the photos, I have 100s to add to the site soon just waiting for a few publications to use them first and I geuss I should point out that they are replicas as well.

1 - Your photographs are beautiful 2 - The aircraft- whatever they are - are beautiful 3 - Ignore the idiots. You didn't post your photos with the captions that these are "real" DR-1s. You were just sharing an incredible moment in time. The idiots can't see the forest for the trees. Jim Bruton
