Throttle Quadrants

I have been asked to build a couple of Fokker Throttle Quadrants. Thought I would see if anyone on the forum would be interested in them also.

Highslide JS

I can provide these either as “flat” kits, or welded and ready for paint and handles. All holes will be provided undersize, so you can finish drill to match your hardware, metric or inch.

Flat kits will have all the individual components laser or water jet cut to final shape, machined where needed, and ready for bending and drilling. Then you weld them together.

The welded units will just need holes drilled to size, painting, and wood handles made.

Price will depend on the number of quadrants made, the more made the cheaper per piece they can be.

If your interested let me know. I’ll be putting together a price this week.

I'm in for 3, and if they are less than $250.00 maybe 5!

Waiting to get the quote back on having the basic parts either laser or waterjet cut.

Does anyone know what the letter font was on the mixture placard? I plan on engraving it if I can find the correct font style.

Got the quotes back Friday for laser cutting and material.

The kits will go for $110 each.

This includes all the parts laser cut with holes 1/8 inch diameter. The Mixture Plackard will be engraved, and the grooves will be machined in the Mixture backplate. Parts will need to be bent and the holes drilled to final size. Also the mounting bracket, and a few other parts need to be welded. Your responsible for hardware and wood handles. There will be some drawings included too. Material is 4130 steel.

PM me if you want to commit.

Count me in for one Vet. How much more to have it bent and welded? I'd want to paint mine.
