Le Prier rocket - firing mechanism

I know there is a previous thread about this posted in 2007 (now closed) but, seeing as the reference book suggested ins now unavailable (Nieuport Fighters of WW1 by Sanger), could anyone direct me to/provide me with details of the actual firing mechanism used? Having seen photos of the rockets in position, I cannot work out where (or how) the electrical connection was made to the rockets. All photos seen to date show the rockets in position but nothing anywhere suggesting electrical wiring or 'blue touch paper' (as it were).

Advice will be greatly appreciated for a prospective N16.
