It's the Warner powered N.17 built and owned by John Day and Bob Gauld-Galliers that has been flying for some years over there.

The fuselage is mainly square section steel tube.

It's a relatively common sight at UK airshows and PFA rallies, it has the civil registration G-BWMJ and has had more than one different paint scheme applied to it over the years as far as I am aware. You can find a lot of pictures of it online if you do a search on that registration, including a few high resolution ones at airliners.net
