Nope, no down thrust. It is just an allusion in the photos.

Petrol Tank anyone?

Well today we got pretty far along in the fabrication of the petrol tank good times












And Yours truly making engine noises hehehe

Conservative estimate is 15-18 gallons OK I've been corrected, the math says 21 ggallons based on the computed area, but zero right now, LOL has a few leaks

The leaks are getting fewer. Finished welding the tank today except the filler neck and the fuel gauge flanges (on order). Mike and the guys did a great job of fabrication, the welding was very easy. Can't wait to see it installed this weekend!

Tank finished and installed for fit.

Fabricated the tank mounting brackets today and installed the finished tank so I can plumb things. looks like everything is fitting just great!

And would you believe Paul got it right the first time with no leaks?

Yup he sure did!

Latest Pup additions.

Well the weekend found me flying the Waco quite a bit Saturday but we were able to accomplish a bit on the Pup

More work a little at a time

Added the forward Machine gun mounting tabs and made up a sight gage that approximates the original without spending an arm and a leg
