A good place to start would be "Story of a North Sea Air Station" by C F Snowden Gamble and published in 1928.

And of course the classics :
The Jasta Pilots of Franks, Bailey and Duiven - Grub Street London 1996 where you will find the German Marinekorps Flandern it's Jasta's
Above the lines of Franks, Bailey and Guest on all the German aces including the ones of the German naval air service - Grub Street London 1993

And for other units such as Küstenflieger, Schutzabteilungen, Marine Feld flieger Abteilungen, etc :
Marinekorps Flandern of Ryheul - Mittler Hamburg 1997

Why have you not included the French and the Americans? They had substantial operations in the North Sea as well.
