I'm learning a LOT from all this. Since the Eindecker appears to be the (ultralight) replica of choice for me and the guys, this info will be of immense value when it's time to finish. Thanks to ALL of you for the background info and lively discussion.

Oh... about those "Pfalz Parasols" mentioned... does anyone have any more detail about those? I've never seen such a thing, and would greatly appreciate any info that anyone could provide.
