A WWI site....in France...

Hi friends,

Yes.... a WWI site is born in France.... maybe the first...., very interesting, but in french.... sorry...
A good translation process would help you...
I think that, if every people paying a visit to it, ask an english translation, this would come...
http://albindenis.free.fr

Bon voyage...

Howdy (or should I say Bon Jour?),

Checked the site out, and while I don't speak or read French, found it
not too difficult to navigate. Some nice profiles of the aces at the bottom of the page (click on the pic of the ace for history and profiles).
I hope more unit specific sites like this will show up. If anybody knows
of other sites let us know.

That IS a GOOD Site! Thanks for Looking out Phillpe ! It is always good to get the information form the originating countries after all they would know best. Its great to see Europe taking more of an intrest in this era of their past and edifying the rest of us in the world who are starve for this kind of accurate info. THE anniversary of the "great War" is near and I personnaly hope to see a reneisance of information and popularity of information concerning the period.

PS Phillpe PLEASE Tell me you locateding that site while you were on a VERY SHORT BReak Producing your ALB DV for RELEASE????

LOVE YOU !! JUST BOught your AEG G.VI out of desperation waiting for your Alb and in support for you. I found it of all places on the shelf at a LHS in Florida all the way from France !!! Beautifull by the way I hope to make it he centerpiece of 1/48 scale Mutli Plane Moblie?

Best of everything overthere AND GODS SPEED Mon O Me at releaseing this alb!!!!!

Very cool!

You can get a rough translation by entering the site through a translator like babelfish:

A Wonderful Site, Mr. Jourdan!

Thank you so much for putting up the link to it!

The escadrille histories presented so far have a marvelous depth of detail and wealth of useful photographs!
