He also was in Fliegerschule 4 in 1918 I suppose

Together with Lt.d.R. Friedrich Wagner (B), the aircraft hovered over Stadtbergen flying on its back and crashed into a field 200 m from the edge of the town. Both crew members were killed.

It seems that he also had a brother named Andreas which was in a Jager regiment. I have a letter that also mention the fact that at one time before being a pilot, Friedrich Völkl was also a "pioneer" doing infanterie services when he was in the "flughafen", probably when he was "bodenpersonal".

In one letter from 1917, he is discussing with his friend Adolf Zitselsberger (KIA, 1918).

Since I have found a picture of Zitselsberger, is it possible to find a picture of Friedrich Völkl ?
