Okay, the Britsh have seen the huns kite's in action have seen what they look like how they handle and, perhaps (though I am not sure)captured a couple of them...The Huns have the same info as the British, what parts salvaged, characteristics both lok and handling could have been oput into a new plane to better anything yet seen...

i.e. The Tripes Climbing, the SE5's gun charecteristics etc

Graham,

No need to get ruffled feathers. So the guy laid an egg, you don't have to go sticking your beak in and crying foul. It could come home to roost one day you know.

Never count them you know........

Oh, and the question...SE5's guns? Actually they were a constant source of problems, the Vickers usually the culprit. IIRC, Ball had his removed?

If you gathered feathers from both sides of the hen house, could you build a super chicken? Is that what your cackling about, Poultry?

Your initial querry was a little cryptic. I will admit to a little humor in my response, but my point was serious. Were you asking about the two sides taking the technology they discocvered from the other side and combining it with their own to create the "best" or "ultimate fighter?

Yes I was talking along the line of a combination of Aircraft from both sides to create "a higher class fighter" so to speak...

As fo you Ginger you are an ill educated halfwit.
