US pilots flew French and British aircraft during WW1. After WW1, late 1918, some American built "pursuit" aircraft had Olive drab fuselage's and yellow wings and tail. Billy Mitchell had a black Thomas Morse/Boeing MB-3A.

I realise that there were no US built aircraft, but I used 'Pursuit' as I bekieve all US fighters were called that.
I believe they flew Spads and Nieuports, and it's those aircraft I am trying to represent.
