Question Air museums in Greece...

Hey, anyone know of any air museums in Greece? I'll be there in may and would love to check some out, if they exist.

Greek museums

The war museum, near the parlement, haves a Greek Farman on display (Farman biplane from the 1913-1913 balkans war). Plus some modern aircrafts.

In Paleo Faliro, the greek historical service haves a greek T-6 in his garden.

All the greek museums

oops...

I missed the end of my last message.

I wanted to add that the war museums opens early in the morning and closes at 14h00, as most of greek museums. In the war museum, the entrance is free.

Thanks, DTB. I'll be sure to check it out. It would be great to see a Farman. I wonder if they have a PZL-24?

I'll take pictures!

Greek Museums

No PZL !

From what I saw (and what I remember) :

In the war museum :

- An Old Farman
- A T-6 (camouflaged)
- A F 100
- one or two more jets.

And that's all ! In the inside, you have models and pictures of greek Spitfires and Hurricanes.

In the greek historical service :

- a silver T-6

Only inside if you take a rendez-vous you will be able to see pictures of PZL fighters. But if the agents of the service are very helpful, their photo collection is not very big. I think you won't discover pictures of PZL that were not already publicated in various aviation articles.
