A Bulgarian source mentions a 'Sommer' aircraft imported from France in the early Summer of 1912. Does anyone have details?

According to the CC article of the Bulgarian Air
Force, Vol 23/2 the Bulgarian build up a force of
27 new a/c for the Balkan Wars 1912 - 1913. One of this was of the type Sommer. 4 more a/c(old type) was added by the Foreign volunteers.
