From what I've been able to find out about these movies is that D III was filmed in 1939 and directed by Herbert Maisch. I haven't seen the film nor do I know where anyone can get a copy. However, I think there are some people here who visit the Forum who have seen this film so maybe they'll provide some input.
Pour le Merite was filmed in 1938 and directed by Karl Ritter. The movie is about MvR's life with Walter Bluhm playing the starring role. I don't know how reliable it is as it's considered to be a propaganda movie. I haven't seen this movie either. The Imperial War Museum in London is the only place that I know so far that has this movie and can show it to those who make the request. One of the IWM staff used to visit the Forum. He relayed to us awhile back that although the movie is naturally spoken in German, the IWM copy has Portuguese subtitles.
Let us know if you find out anything more.
