Hello, Andreas, I am good friends with your cousin William (Bill) Nungesser. He is the family historian of Charles Nungesser and has a vast archives on Charles. He has been to Paris several times collecting information and photos. Maybe the two of you can meet at the Dayton, Oh, WWI flyin Sept.29-Oct1 2000. Greetings Andreas: You have a relative, William Nungesser, who lives in Newt York, and is a member of the Forum. I think he wrote an article for Over the Front, but he has other infromation, as he told me he went to France and searched the French arrchives.4/20/00.

Andreas: my impression is that Nungesser came from Alsace-Lorraine and that he was a French ace. If you are Deutsch what is the family connection?
