WWI Dogfight at Chino
Hi,
This is really more of a past event than an upcoming event, but I didn't know where else to put it. The following website has a few pictures of the Dick Day built Sopwith Camel (now owned by Javier Arango) mixing it up with a Fokker Triplane at the Chino air show, which took place last May. http://www.air-and-space.com/2006052...Flying%201.htm I think most of you will enjoy seeing the Boeing P-26 Peashooter that has recently been put back in the air too! Yeah- all you West Coasty/SoCal folks shoulda went! Wentworth made that Gnome sing and cry and laugh and roar and chuckle and bellow and purr and sneer and coo and bark....I think I heard him make it moo once. You name the sound- he squeezed it out o' that engine.
