I agree, it's a fantastic event that's held at the wonderful AMA flying field. I've made the roundtrip from Omaha for the last two years, and it was worth every mile.
Nice picture of the flightline, Jan. One of those SE5a models is mine!

I was pleasantly surprised today to find that I could fit four 1/4 scale models in my van!
I'll be bringing an SE5a (FunAero), a Nieuport 28 (BUSA), Hannover CL-2 (my plans), and a new D7 (BUSA). I hope the weather cooperates!

Heading towards Muncie Thursday Night
Looking forward to this year's event - I'll be heading towards Muncie Thursday after work, holing up somewhere close, and then arriving Friday morning.
VERY much looking forward to unloading the minivan - buried in there somewhere is my old 1/5 scale triplane - hopefully not too worse from wear!!!
See y'all this weekend!!
