Dayton 09

Group
We just had the years first planning meeting and are looking for builders (finished or projects) that would like to be included on the mailing list for joining us in the fun at Dayton. If you would like to bring your project to Dayton, let me know and I will have the Museum send you a packet.
The dates are September 25 to 27.

I know that a group of Red Baron 3D Virtual flyers will be there. I am going (only a hurricane or tropical storm would keep me away).

BTW I have a question. I know that fuel costs are a concern of the pilots. I would like to know how to start a donation pool to offset some of their fuel costs?. What is a gallon of av gas going for now? In 2007 I went to my first DPR and I loved it. My love was the flying aircraft and those pilots were so nice to me and I really do appreciate them bringing in their poetry in motion to the event. I would like to make a donation and maybe others would too. Do we send it to the GWAA?

Rick,
Picked up our posters from Fred. They look great.
I'll make sure that they get spread around.
Really looking forwards to this years show.
Regards,
John

It is on my calendar to attend. My wife can't go then, but maybe my Dad will want to go again. I still have my name tag also.

I still have my most noble and righteous name tag and I'm not afraid to use it!

And I'm supposed to be in two places at once... doing a TV gig in Vegas and this on the exact same weekend. The museum asked me to announce again... if that's still on, I'll wiggle out of the Vegas thing and be there. Still working on it, but if there's WWI planes about, I gotta be there.
