"In New Carlisle, Ohio...Next on to Waynesville, Ohio"
Andrew, did you say you were landing at New Carlisle. Geez, I would been there to see you land. I was there the other day.
On Wednesday, could you fly over WPAFB Area B on the way to Red Stewart Airfield? I'll be outside to watch.
Jan

By the way, I'm going to the New Carlisle's "Heritage of Flight" in a few weeks and see the parade of planes!

(Andrew, you should just move here, since you are here so much)

Sometimes I do feel like moving to Dayton, a lot going on there

The trip is getting long, we're stuck in St. Louis now waiting out high winds, but being stuck at Creve Coeur Airport is not necessarily a bad thing. Might get good enough to fly a bit today. 700 miles to go and I'm supposed to fly home on the airlines Monday afternoon, might have to postpone that. D.VII had maintanence issues and is going home on a rental truck, but the Triplane and D.VIII should make it OK.

We had a great time at Dawn Patrol, and I think Andy will want to bring some airplanes back in two years.

Glad you liked them, it was fun displaying them.

2 remaining Fokkers are in Goodland, KS, stopped by high winds, again...

Only 170 miles to go though, and tomorrow morning looks good.

Morning wasn't good though, fog and rain, but eventually it broke enough to make it back to Platte Valley and home to the Lafayette Foundation hangars. All three aircraft are now back home, and I just got back to Virginia, will post some photos after some sleep...
