Video - Dawn Patrol Rendezvous
Here's a quick little hack job that I shot on my still camera, which also shoots a bit of video. Its hosted by my 9 yr old son, Ethan Charles. Its not much but maybe it will bring back some fun memories of Dawn Patrol Rendezvous.
See this link and click the obvious video for Dawn Patrol Rendezvous:
IndySquadron.com
For those rabid Ethan Charles fans among us, he also hosts the next video. It will play automatically after the DPR piece.
Hope you enjoy it.

Is it just me, or does Ethan sound exactly like Linus in the "Peanuts" TV specials?

Lol! Yes he does. In fact, I kept waiting for him to start reciting the story of the first Christmas!
I don't why people would want you to sign their books. You're just his dad!

Conversation in our house 5 minutes ago...
Ethan's sister, Sierra, after reading this thread: "Wow, Ethan! You're an internet star."
Ethan: "Yeah. I rock. I have fans! (Sincere pause). Dad, do you have any fans?"
Me: "Well, no, I guess not."
Ethan: "Don't worry. I'll give you some."

That was absolutely wonderful! Ethan is a natural. His charming Linus-like voice was perfect to narrate the DPR highlights.

Whatta great video, and a TERRIFIC job by Ethan! He definitely has a future in broadcast journalism, should he desire it.
Whatever he does, I'm sure he'll continue to gain more fans than his Dad!
Gee, I wish I could have been there and sat in the Red Baron's airplane..

Dictated by our esteemed host, Ethan:
Dear Fans;
Thank you for being my first fans. I like what you said about me. Maybe next time I will just make my interview even better just for you.
There were Nieuport 23's there and I liked one of the Fokkers pretty well. We had a whole basket of snacks at our hotel, and I watched Spongebob (and other cool shows) while I ate them.
The kid in the Fokker was me. I could see straight out in the clouds but I can see why the pilots had a hard time flying the plane [referring to the difficulty in landing a DrI and poor visibility]. Thank you again,
Ethan
