Skinner authored the recently released work titled "THE STAND: The Final Flight of Lt.  Frank Luke, Jr." The widely acclaimed book and accompanying DVD documentary solved the 90-year-old mystery of the death of Lt. Frank Luke, Jr., the famed "Arizona Balloon Buster" who was awarded the Medal of Honor following his combat death in September 1918.Primarily devoted to the Second World War, Warbird Radio LIVE will depart from its usual format to investigate the death of America's second-ranked ace of the First World War.
