100 years flight airshow

Welcome

Saturday 18th september at Ede will be held the combined airshow to commemorate the first flight July 29th, from Dutch soil near Ede in 1910 and the annual Market Garden WW2 ceremonial paradropping.

A aviationcamp was organised in Ede and october 1910 saw demonstrations from many foreign pilots. Johan Hilgers started working with Fokker in 1912, demonstrated his aircraft in Russia. During WW1 het was testing aircraft with Dutch army in Indonesia/Indie.
The airshow will feature among others a Bleriot XI and Fokker DVII .

Attended last year, duty called, we had 1000 parchutist then.
Where will you take position?
