Thank-you for this excellant site! I know that I will be spending many hours here. I am amazed and very pleased by the research and layout, and I especially like the cross-referencing features. Kudos for a job well done!

Could you have a WWII site page too? It would be helpful for people who are rescearching that war too?

Thank, a Grade 8 student

I've been in here looking up info on my grandfather, Nathaniel Harrison Hallman, from the 802nd ARS in France during WWI and as yet haven't found anything but hope to come back and do some more searching. Seems like a wonderful site so far!

I am specifically looking for info on 218 Sqn duringSeptember and info on his aircraft which was a DH9 serial no. D5654. Thank-You.

Hello
My father is currently trying to trace his father - my grandfather and all fingers are pointing to Captain Gerald Kempster Cooper, featured on your website. We are trying to find out further details about him. Are there are tips you could pass on or even share your source with us, in terms of how you discovered him - I can't find him in the Military records.
An excellent site. many thanks, Emma

When I was a young teenager my wonderful late Dad took me and my brother over to Capt. Oliver Boots LeBoutiller. He and his wife were wonderful host and the great man was as kind and as nice could be. He wnet into great detail of his days fighting the Hun in the Sky over France and had incredible artifacts to show us. He loved his son and wife very much and was a true gentleman. When talking of the Red Baron and Captian Roy Brown he did so with great respect and in his own humble way. A true man

11th March 1917. Aircraft BE2D of 2 Squadron, crew James Smyth & Edward Byrne.

James F Smyth was my maternal grandfather shot down by Richthofen as above. However, there does not appear to be a 2nd Squadron on your site. Is this true?

Good site though
