The Yankee Ace in the RAF is written about my great grandfather. My grandfather Earl Rogers helped edit and write the book. I read it and it is an amazing story and I'm proud to say it is a part of my family's history.

Looks like a great site for information. I am very interested in the WW1 aircraft. I am a large scale modeler 1/4 to 1/3 scale. I am looking at doing a 1/4 scale Bristol MC.1 and I was wondering where I could get some drawings or pictures of the A/C without the skin

Could not help but notice that Canada had a large number of aces for the size of the country. What a great contribution these young men made

My step-grandmother Clara Elizabeth [Lizzie] Quimby (Keeslar)( Renshaw) and Cora Quimby Kenyon, her sister were cousins of Harriet Quimby. I am trying to find information as to her actual birth place. I have quite a bit of information about her but this question has not been answered. So much of her background was invented by her or her mother to build her up in the eyes of the public . Thanks

Was searching for an archive on WW1 pilots. I have my great grandads license, issued from FAI in 1925, license number 22. His name was Milton Charles Main. I have both the USA card, and the international blue booklet. The signor of his ticket was Orville Wright. I believe he flew in WW1, and later mail svc. He passed away when I was very young. No living family members really know anything about what he did in aviation.

Tips on research would be appreciated:

with a particular attention to the period between ww1 and ww2.
If anybody is interested about Francis Lombardi please visit Pelabroc2 accont on Youtube.
Best wishes to all.
