Great website, currently serving the greatest of purposes by keeping us informed of the tragic developments at the most special place on the planet - the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome!

I am part of a team researching WW1 airplanes that will be part of the new Personal Courage Wing of the Museum of Flight, here in Seattle. The new wing is due to open June 6th 2004. I am looking for an authoratitive source for data on the various versions of LeRhone/Gnome/Mono engines and Le Clergets. Airplane references seem to carry many different versions and I am looking for a convenient comparison that covers the spectrum. For instance - Clerget 9L, 9Z, 9B, 9Bf...any suggestions?

Barry

I'm doing a movie script on a nurse on the eastern front in 1917-18 and during the Russo-Polish War 1919-1920. Her hospital unit is attacked by (a)an Austrian "bomber" and (b) strafed by two Austrian scout/fighters. Anyone have any color (B+W I have) pictures with insignia and so on? Be very grateful.

a great web. it will be very interesting to see the colours of the planes, depending of their squadrons, specially the germans.

This is a real nice website - great job. I enjoyed reading the bits about the pilots. Seeing their pictures "put a face" on the names of aces I had only read about. I'd be interested if anybody knows of other similar sites.
