Pete- The engine spins at the same speed as the prop and would be a blur as well. All the struts on Voss' machine were light blue, including the landing gear struts. Nice composition.

Nice picture
Not a criticism but shouldn'tthe propellor of the pursuing SE5 be blurred as well as the cylinders on the DR1 engine.
Anyway super action.

Thanks Guys. I appreciate your comments.
There is an admendment that I must make to the description I wrote to the painting. I have recently found out that Voss wasn't a Jew, that was a myth started by some writer after the war. (Why- I don't know). In fact, Voss came from a Lutheran Family. Pete.
PS, Yes Shackleton, the propellor should be blurred along with the cylinders- my mistake!
