The only one I know was Korporal Bohumil Munzar, who served in AH Flik 55J and who had to land after a dogfight (21.3.1918) with his demaged Albatros D 3 BA 153 (153.100 ?) on italian territory. He became POW, but joined the "Czechoslovak Legion", who fought with the italians against the AH troops (as a pilot ?). But maybe this can help you (only in czech language) :

Dear SPADXIII,
as far I know, no Czeck pilot was in the aviation of Italian Regio Esercito or Regia Marina . Munzar joined the "Czechoslovak Legion", but this unit was formed by ground troops. This airman was shot down in the early morning of March, 21, 1918 near Asiago by the Italian ace Silvio Scaroni, who spoke with him after the capture.
Dear VH,
I sent you a private message, but, perhaps, something was wrong. Have you received it?
Paolo
