No, I'm not being glib (well, maybe a little). Mr. Postman delivered the monthly Eduard package today with the new Fokker D.VII in it. And since I'm not yet schooled in the period or the type well enough to root out the kit's errata, I'm wondering from all of you who have had a chance to examine it just what I will have to fix to make it a presentable model.

Clearly, Eduard responded to the complaints about the "weathered" lozenge decals and did away with that, and this kit has sheets of both four- and five-tone lozenge that look dead on. I could quibble with the markings choices, but then given how many there were to choose from out of the entire production run, that's a decision I'm glad I didn't have to make for Eduard, because not one soul is going to be happy with even two out of the four schemes provided. Aside from that, the new D.VII is overall quite like the much beloved (and often derided) OAW version.

Melsharkskin; Heres something that may help. I haven't seen the "new" kit 8132. I did a piece on the first kit #8131."The Spotted Nosed thoroughbred"
