Bonsoir

Osprey Elite 135 German Air-Forces 1914-18 has color plates that will answer your question, but if you only want to know the color to paint a model, every crew wore field gray moleskin coveralls, with brown leather helmet and gloves, and soles. Early war equipment was all leather and black.

Pilots also wore captured British Sidcot flying suits or leather coats, brown in color.

The belts and harnessess for the Heinecke parachute are depicted as tan, yellowish brown, best way I can describe it is like English canvas webbing.
